Parking is centered on the neighborhood metered street parking, a Polk County ramp is one block away on Des Moines Street near E. 7th

A service charge is added to all catered events, 23% taxable plus sales tax on catering and bar purchases

A setup/maintenance/cleanup fee is assessed by party size, usually $150 per event
